banana oat muffins
You know it’s gotta be good if little hands can’t help but steal one when you’re trying to take a picture ☺️ These banana oat muffins are easy and yummy! 3 ripe bananas, mashed 5 Tbs pure maple syrup ( or honey or agave ) 2 1/3 cups water 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 5 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375F and grease muffin tin with coconut oil. Mix all wet ingredients together then slowly add dry ingredients. Fill muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes. Eat right away or pop them in a freezer bag after they completely cool and have an easy on the go breakfast ready for busy mornings!
