Gluten Free Peanut Butter Pie

My oldest has been wanting to try pie but said he wants a peanut butter one so I knew I needed to make this recipe! It’s really easy and of course sooooo yummy. We grabbed a ready baked gluten free pie crust at our local gluten free bakery but there are some options in your grocery store if you don't want to make it yourself!

This pie was a staple at every holiday gathering for my family. Everyone would devour this pie way before anyone even touched the pumpkin pie.
