💜 Purple cauliflower is already pretty cool looking but did you know if you cook it and add an acid, it turns pink?! 💕 I lightly coating the florets in avocado oil, sprinkled with salt and pepper, then roasted it in the oven at 425°F for about 30 minutes. We then drizzled white vinegar to make some spots turn pink. You could also use lemon juice but I love me some salt & vinegar potato chips and this give you that kinda vibe. SO GOOD!! My kids love to make it change color and getting them excited about the food makes them a little more willing to eat it! Do you think your kids would try it?
