Keeping it simple with a PB&J but sharing some ideas to make the classic pack a little more nutritious lunch!

1. Use whole grain bread with fiber 🍞 Try to have 2-3g or less sugar per slice.
2. Use peanut butter with the only ingredient as peanuts 🥜 I love @crazyrichardspb!
3. Try fruit instead of jelly! I like to crumble frozen raspberries and sprinkle with Chia seeds.
Add some fresh fruits and veggies and there you have it! 📚 Have your kids started school yet?
