Remember when I made ribs and said I would share the recipe?! Finally remembered 😆 These ribs are fall off the bone tender thanks to the instant pot and the only way I’ll ever cook ribs again!! If you have an instant pot and haven’t tried this, DO IT.
1 rack pork ribs – I buy them pre seasoned but you could use any rub you like 1 cup water 1/2 cup apple sauce 1 cup BBQ Sauce – we’re Sweet Baby Rays lovers
Remove membranes from the back of ribs, if needed. My preseason end ones always have this done already! Rubs seasonings over both sides of ribs. Place wire trivet rack in the bottom of the instant pot. Add water and apple sauce. Place the ribs upright, with the meat side facing out. Circle them around the pot. Secure lid and close vent. Cook on manual high pressure for 25 min. Naturally release for 15 min, then turn the valve to quick release. Carefully remove ribs to a large, foil-lined baking sheet and slather them in BBQ sauce. I then grill them for 5 min each side to get yummy and caramelized! But you could also broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Also, I don’t think photographing meat is my strength 😂
