We are obsessed with popcorn in this house! It’s a cheap and fun to make snack 🍿 And this sweet twist is SO good. Like soooo good.
Pumpkin Spice Popcorn 3 tablespoons coconut oil 1/3 cup popcorn kernels 2 Tbs real butter 1/4 cup real maple syrup 1 Tbs pumpkin spice 2 bug pinches of salt Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat and whisk in maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and salt. Set aside. Place coconut oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Take 3 popcorn kernels and put them in the center of the pot. Once one kernel pops, pour in remaining kernels and top with a lid ( a glass lid is most fun because you can watch it pop! ) Shake kernels to coat in the oil. Continue to shake until all kernels have popped. Remove from heat and take off lid. Spread popcorn on a large baking sheet and gently pour butter spice mixture on top. Toss the popcorn to coat. If you’re not like us as eat it in one sitting, store it in an airtight container! . *Remember popcorn is a choking hazard so please serve it age appropriate!
