Protein Pasta Salad

Pasta salad is a summer essential in my book ☀️ And this combo reminds me of my childhood! I used @eatbanza ( pasta made with chickpeas! ) so there is also a lot of protein. It takes this classic side to be a main dish!

Easy Pasta Salad

1 box @eatbanza pasta 4 slices of cooked bacon, cut into small bites 1/4 cup cubes cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped mix of red, yellow, and orange bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers 1/4 cup your favorite Italian dressing ( I love Pine Club house dressing if you’re local! ) Cook pasta according to package. If using a chickpea pasta, make sure to rinse the pasta after you strain it. Toss all ingredient together and put it in the fridge until you’re ready to use.

It’s great for a quick dinner or the perfect things to bring to your summer bbq!
