To make the roll up, cut a strip of tortilla so it’s the width of a slice of cheese. Trim the top of one side so it’s pointed for the outside flap of the envelope.
Place meat + cheese at the bottom of the tortilla and roll up until it form a letter. Add extra cuteness with a cookie cutter stamped piece of salami.
