I'm terrible about measuring ingredients for smoothies but here's the items added!


Ingredients:


  • Frozen banana

  • Frozen zucchini

  • Spinach

  • Pineapple

  • Milk of choice


Directions:


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into cups and add a kiwi shamrock on the side for a festive twist!

Rainbow Fruit Tray


You can customize this to your kids favorite fruits of each color!


Ingredients:


  • Raspberries

  • Carrot sticks

  • Pineapple

  • Kiwi

  • Blueberries


Directions:


  1. Cut the fruits into age appropriate pieces.

  2. Let your kids have fun adding the fruits onto the plate in a rainbow sequence.

I love this fun idea for a lunch box! It's easy but super cute.


Ingredients:


  • 1 gluten-free spinach tortilla

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Small heart cookie cutter


Directions:


  1. Use a small heart cookie cutter in a circle to create a shamrock in one corner of the green tortilla.

  2. Add cheese in the tortilla and fold into quarters so the shamrock is on top.

  3. Pack in a lunchbox with other fun themed food!
