This past weekend I got to celebrate the launch of my cookbook Pandas Love Pickles: Let's Eat! and we had so much fun!! I wanted people to be able to come and sample some of the recipes and create crafts. The kids all had a blast and I can't wait to see them cooking it up in their own kitchens!
My incredibly talented friend Erin from Young + Wild Balloon Co and Alpha-Lit Columbus created the perfect backdrop with a beautiful rainbow of balloons and light up marquee letters.
I really wanted to host the event in a space with a kitchen and an entertaining area so that it felt like guests were in their own home making these recipes. There were samples or Chocolate Swirl Zucchini Breads, Chocolate Beet Muffins, Spinach + Banana Cookies, Veggie Try Snacktivity and Magic Ube Lemonade.
The kids got to make their own crafts from the book - Paper Plate Pandas and Ice Cream Play Dough. Thankfully the play dough is taste safe because quite a few bites were taken!!
Clem&Thyme Nutrition was the perfect setting on the sunny spring day. The converted farmhouse is a dreamy space that I am ready to move straight in to!
Dolce Doppio mobile espresso bar joined us with their delicious drinks! How gorgeous is the matcha with the Magic Ube Lemonade! Guests left with goodie bags filled with a variety of fun items.
