Flaxseed | These seeds are a goof source of fiber. They also are high in thiamine and omega-3 fatty acids. I love using the milled version so it creates less of a texture. This is super important if you have picky kids!
Mashed Banana | I need some sweetness in my oatmeal and this is a great way to add it naturally. The browner the banana, the more sweetness it will add!
