2 Ingredient Mango Ice Cream


I’m always in the mood for ice cream and this is a recipe that you can totally serve for breakfast too! This two ingredient frozen yogurt is simply just frozen mango and coconut yogurt. My whole family is obsessed with it!!


2 Ingredient Mango Ice Cream

2 cups frozen mango

3/4 cup coconut yogurt


Place the ingredients in food processor. Pulse until it become smooth and creamy. You might have to push it down a few times along the way!


You can eat it straight away and it’s more a soft serve consistency or stick it in a freezer container and freeze it until firm.
