Have you ever made fruit roll ups?! It’s a long but easy process! I had a mountain of plums that were all ripe at the same time so I thought perfect excuse to make fruit roll ups! 😍 And how gorgeous in that plum color!?
All you need to make them are plums! Or blueberries, or strawberries, or almost any fruit 🍓🍎🍒
Roughly chop plumbs and remove pits. Place plums on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
Add cooked plums to a food processor and puree until smooth. Taste and add honey if it isn’t sweet enough for you.
Pour into a pan lined with parchment paper then spread out 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Try to make it as even as possible!
Dehydrate in oven at 170F (or as low as oven will go) for 6 to 8 hours, or until middle is not longer sticky.
Allow to cool, then use kitchen scissors to cut the leather into strips ( parchment paper still on ).
Roll so that the parchment paper is on the outside, trimming the rough edges for a cleaner look.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks. Done!
