Turkey Burger Pops

Burger-pops πŸ” The only way my kiddo eats a burger! Sometimes we have to mix things up to get our picky eaters to eat something. A burger on a bun can seem overwhelming and like a lot of food. Ditch the bun, insert a popsicle stick, and now they can play with their food! Suddenly an intimidating food can seem more approachable or maybe even exciting!!

Avocado Turkey Burger 1 lb ground turkey 1 Tbs Dijon mustard 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp salt 1 /2 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 an avocado, diced ( or mashed if the green will scare away any eaters! ) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Divide into patties ( I make smaller ones to get about 7 patties ). Grill on medium heat for 6 minutes each side ( longer if making larger patties ).
