PB&J Overnight Oats

PB&J Overnight Oats 🙃 My current favorite! Breakfast is so much easier when I make it the night before! My middle loves oatmeal too but my oldest doesn’t like the texture. Do your kids like oats?

3/4 cup rolled oats
 
1 cup milk
 
1 tablespoon chia seeds
 
1 tablespoon maple syrup
 
1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
 
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
 
1/2 cup riced cauliflower
 
Fresh berries for topping

Put all ingredients in a jar and mix well. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy cold or warmed.
